At Caddis, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion items aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return or exchange and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our system.

• 3.
  Package the Items

  Place your unworn items with original tags attached into the original shipping box and secure the new label to the exterior.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy until your refund or exchange is processed.
